Practice Your Parkour Skills With Our New Metro Rush Mini Game

Published on September 7, 2010

Spies must be in prime physical condition to carry out their missions. Your ability to get out of sticky situations via unconventional means is crucial. Our new mini game Metro Rush gives you the parkour moves you’ll need to race across rooftops and scale tall buildings.

What’s parkour?

It’s a physical training discipline designed to help you overcome any obstacle in your path safely and with speed. The secret is to use the objects around you to propel your jumps, vaults and climbs. It originated in France – parkour is French for “the art of movement” – but now it’s done around the world.

Take a look at this video to see it in real life:

Learning how to land and roll is key, so don’t even think about trying these moves without some professional training! For now, practice your parkour moves as ‘Connor’ or ‘Gisela’ from Connor Undercover in Metro Rush.
